Today is March 5, and you are witnessing the birth of “All Things Mercedes.” A spanking new blog for enthusiasts, consumers, dealers, and resellers.
Who am I?
- Mercedes-Benz Enthusiast
- Writer, Editor, & Webmaster
- Board member of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America (MBCA)
- Past-President for the MBCA Central VA Section (2002-2005)
- Newsletter Editor (2000 – present)
- Marketing & Publishing Consultant
As such, I am a known resource for Mercedes-Benz owners and I receive requests for information daily. Where do I find parts? What car do you recommend? Can you help me find one? Do you know a good mechanic? I was in a fender-bender, who should I get to paint my car. The list goes on.
Instead of providing email responses to individuals over and over, I decided to post the information on this blog. The people that contact me say they find this information useful – I hope you find it useful also.
Feel free to ask your own questions or comment – everyone does and I’m glad they do!
On a side note: If you’re considering a Mercedes-Benz purchase, new or used, I may be able to help you. I’ve provided assistant to friends for years and I am now offering my services to others. I’ve seen too many people get ripped off when buying a fine automobile.
How can I help you? It’s a win-win situation. You gain access to my network, my years of auto experience and knowledge, technical background, and negotiating skills. The end result, you can save thousands of dollars and I’ll make a few extra bucks to cover my time and expenses – I charge a small fee. I truly enjoy helping others, especially when it comes time to saving money on a major purchase.
If you’re female you should consider getting some help with the purchase. Hold on, I’m not saying females don’t know how to negotiate a good deal when buying a car; statistics show females pay more for the same cars on average than men. Some dealers are taking advantage of women and so are private owners selling used cars. I’ll make sure this doesn’t happen to you, if you want. Contact me and I’ll call you at your convenience (or you can call me if you prefer). I’ll provide more than enough proof that I’m who I say I am.
